When we want to move widgets into a different section/area in the report, we always have to first prepare blank space that would fit the size of the widget we want to move. Also, when we duplicate widgets, instead of having the copy appear next to or under the original widget, it will go to the very bottom of the report (or to the first random blank space in the report).

It's quite confusing and it would be very convenient to be able to move the widgets around and have the space created automatically when we insert the widget between existing widgets, as well as to have the copy of the widget appearing close to the original one.
